Move Upstate was commissioned to design and construct a high-end commercial office complex that would serve as a hub for innovation and collaboration. This project required us to balance cutting-edge design with energy-efficient building practices. The five-story structure features open-plan offices, collaborative spaces, and advanced HVAC systems for optimal energy performance.
The building was equipped with solar panels and energy-efficient lighting systems to reduce its carbon footprint. Using sustainable materials, we ensured that the structure adhered to LEED certification standards. Additionally, the project demanded a high level of customization to meet the client’s vision, including smart building technology integration, such as automated climate control and security systems.
From the engineering phase to final execution, we managed every aspect of the project. Our team worked closely with architects, interior designers, and the client’s management team to ensure the space would support flexibility and productivity.
